Dear Parents, 
 

I am happy that your child is selected for admission to Pre-Primary. It gives me great pleasure to welcome you and your child to the Montfortian family. We hope to have a long and pleasant association with you in the process of education of your child in this institution. 
 

ADMISSION FORMALITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 
 

1. Proof of residence (ration card/electricity bill/phone bill/identity card) and original Date of Birth Certificate etc.  to be verified at the School office before the submission of fees.

 
 

2. After the verification of the documents, , please contact the Accounts office and collect your paying-in-slip for remittance of school fees.. The parents are requested to deposit cash Rs. 6955/-.00 for Pre-Primary c at the Bank  (i.e. Catholic Syrian Bank Ltd., B-3/7, Opposite Deep Cinema, Ashok Vihar Phase-II, Delhi- 110052) on 16.4.2008 and  then collect the admission form from the School office, fill it up and submit it (duly completed) on the same day before 12.00 noon. . This will include tuition fee for 3 months.

 
 

3. The admission form can be obtained from the school office after depositing the fees. Admission form completed in all respects should be submitted on the same day. No case will be considered for admission thereafter.

 
 

4. Two recent pass-port size photographs of the ward will be required to fix on the admission form.

 
 

5. With this the vacancies are filled in and as such no further contacts may please be made for admission.

 
 

Out of the 55 points covering the group presentation those securing scores between 39 and 52 have been listed for admission.
